This is an invitation to continue cultivating your wholehearted and authentic life in a nurturing, safe, and encouraging group setting. We will continue exploring courage, connection, shame, vulnerability, boundaries, and challenges.

Together we will show up, and feel seen and understood while sharing our stories. You will have the opportunity to make new choices and create practices that will move you to a more authentic way of living through self-reflection, creativity, and belonging.

Based on Brené Brown’s research, Rising Strong™ uses the metaphor of a three act story to learn to rise from the fall. “Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do,” Brené Brown.

We will go through each module as well as have time to check in, support and encourage each other. We will use creativity and reflection exercises as well as other resources.

This is a bi-weekly group that will take you through the Rising Strong™ process. All materials will be provided.
